The preventive programme developed by AASR has been published in the European Labour Authority – Good Practices database, in the section dedicated to good practices for all Member States. Developed in Romania through direct work with foreign workers, employers and public institutions, the programme focuses on prevention, access to information, voluntary compliance and responsible integration.

AASR took part in “Europe 2040: Enlargement, SMEs and Social Dialogue” at Victoria Palace in Bucharest, joining the European conversation on enlargement, SME competitiveness, social dialogue and the future of work. The event also provided a relevant context for AASR’s work on labour mobility and the integration of third-country workers in Romania.

Around 130 foreign delivery riders joined an AASR prevention and integration session in Bucharest, engaging directly with Romanian institutions on road safety, legal stay and employment, crime prevention, hygiene and responsible integration.

Following the selection of its submission as a Good Practice under the European Labour Authority (ELA) 2026 Call, AASR has submitted the complete documentation of its preventive cooperation model supporting lawful employment, worker protection and the prevention of undeclared work among third-country nationals.
